Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates We offer free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase. Express Insured Shipping is also available at checkout for a flat $5 USD.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not from the order date. Larger furniture items (floor beds, bookshelves, toddler towers) may ship separately and can take slightly longer.

Tracking Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email within 1–3 days of shipment. Please allow up to 5 days for tracking to update once you receive it.

Multiple Items To get your order to you as quickly as possible, items may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages. You won't be charged extra for split shipments.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Wrong Address & Order Changes Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change your address or cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it — once an order has been processed, we're unable to make changes.

Delayed or Lost Packages If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ days or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at info@montesstorytime.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
