Is shipping really free?
Yes — every order ships free, with no minimum spend. There are no shipping charges added at checkout, anywhere in the world. If you'd like your order insured and prioritized, Express Insured Shipping is available at checkout for a flat $5 USD, but standard shipping is always free.
What ages are your toys for?
Our range covers newborn to about age four. Every product page lists a recommended age, and our collections are organized by stage: Baby's First Year (0–12 months), Toddler Essentials (1–2 years), and Little Explorers (2–4 years). When in doubt, follow your child's interest rather than the number — the age listed is a starting point, not a rule.
Are these "real" Montessori toys?
Montessori isn't a trademark — it's a philosophy. We select materials that follow its principles: simple, purposeful, made from natural materials where possible, and designed for independent hands-on use. Some items are classic Montessori materials (like the object permanence box); others are Montessori-inspired tools for practical life at home.
Are your toys safe?
Safety guides our sourcing. We work with suppliers who provide safety documentation for children's products, and we list age recommendations on every item. As with all toys for children under three, please inspect items on arrival and supervise play with any product containing smaller parts.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
What if my child doesn't take to a toy?
Two suggestions before returning: try presenting it with no instructions (children often ignore a toy an adult has "demonstrated"), and try again in a few weeks — a toy that's too advanced today is often a favorite next month. If it's still not right, our 30-day return policy has you covered.
Do you offer gift options?
Not yet — gift wrapping and notes are coming soon. For now, orders ship with a packing slip that does not show prices.
